How To Return A Product
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@getfullbody.net or call us at (855) 217-4003 within 60 days of your purchase date.
- Provide your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
- Ship the product back to the address provided (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
- Once we receive and process your return, a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging when possible.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
