Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The following refund terms apply:

• We refund all verified cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions.
• A maximum of one (1) refund per product is permitted per customer.
• Refund requests are processed within five (5) business days of approval.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply:

• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us to obtain one before shipping any product back.
• Products must be returned within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Returned products must be in their original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving the returned item.
